What's a Mom to Do!!

My hubby Joe is out of town and I will be so glad when he is back, it's so nice to have someone else to parent with, I really don't know how single parents do it. Last night Aubrey got into some trouble. How would I know that it would be so tempting to .........
look at this wreath in her roomand the little berries on the wreath that easily come off

and to look at your little nose and think it was a perfect place to put the berry!!!!!! She came to me and said,"Mom my nose hurts, I put the ball in it, my nose hurts". I kept thinking you have to be kidding me, and as I explained earlier I was the only parent home. And now I had to deal with this all alone!!! So trying very hard not to freak out, I got the tweazer while Blake held her arms (and my poor Blake cried and said to her"Aubrey I love you, I am so sorry.") and then I pulled it out!! I am hoping she will not try this again.

Oh wow that's scary. I (knock on wood) have not had to deal with this yet. I hear you on the how do single moms do it. I really don't know how they do! Looks like you had a great Christmas. Your family picture is really cute and I like your blog background.=) You've got good taste.=)!

Scary! Thank goodness you were able to get it out! I wonder what it is about kids that makes them think "hey, that would be fun to stick up my nose."

Oh my goodness! What a good big brother. Him apologizing to her is possibly the cutest thing I have ever heard.
