Today I took Kendra to lunch. It was so much fun to be just me and her. She had a student of the month award and it included free kid lunch at Golden Corral for her. So I thought it would be fun to have a lunch date with just her. It was gross food even though she thought it was great, but it was fun to hear all the cute things she talked about when it was just me and her. She would talk about school, giving me pop quizes (one question was mom what is bigger your body or that light? hmmmm love your question) I love ya Kendra and had fun hanging with just you.

Way to go Kendra! It's so fun when you can go and do something with your kids by themselves, and I'm sure she loved it!
What a fun thing. Kids are great and it's fun when they open up like that. Love the question! I'm glad she liked the food. Too bad you didn't, isn't it all you can eat :)
When all else fails at a restaurant like that, I usually go for the ice cream :) Thanks for your post, glad to see you guys are doing well!
